Alicia is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting students in public school settings. She began her career as a special education teacher, working for 10 years across learning support, life skills, autistic support, and emotional support programs. For the past five years, Alicia has served as a school-based BCBA, providing consultation, assessment, and behavior intervention support for students with autism and complex behavioral needs.

Her areas of expertise include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), completing VB-MAPP assessments, writing individualized programming, and creating measurable IEP goals. Alicia also supports school teams with crisis management and staff coaching to implement effective, practical behavior strategies. She is passionate about advocating for students and helping schools create safe, supportive environments where all learners can succeed.
